Otniel is a religious community that belongs to the Mount Hebron Regional Council. The town was established in 1983 and is located between Palestinian cities near Highway 60. About 150 families live there.
The members of the Shivat Zion Network enjoy studying in groups, experiential activities and trips that are organized after constant studying.
