The town was established in Ayer 1999 by a core of students of the “Aretz Tzvi” yeshiva in the nearby town of Paduel.
Baruchin, which belongs municipally to the Samaria Regional Council, is located on the cross-Samaria Road between Rosh Ha’Ein and Ariel, as part of a group of towns called the “Gush Maraba” towns, which includes the nearby towns. Today, about 300 families live in Baruchin.
The members of the Shivat Zion Network enjoy studying in groups, experiential activities and trips that are organized after constant studying.
