Ma’aleh Ephraim – Talmudi Torah Network

The town is called Ma’ale Ephraim because it is on the road going up to the estate of the tribe of Ephraim.

Ma’ale Ephraim is a local council between the Jordan Valley and Samaria, founded in 1978 and declared a local council in 1981.

More than 1,255 residents live in the settlement.
