For the second consecutive year, the Shivat Zion Foundation continues to stand firmly alongside our soldiers and their families at home.
Following the incredible success of our 2025 monthly fundraising campaigns, we are proud to announce the continuation of this vital initiative. Our mission remains unwavering: to provide a strong safety net and direct relief to the families of both reserve and active-duty soldiers, who have been bearing the burden of serving hundreds of days since October 7, 2023.
How It Works: Our Partnership Model
Battalion-Led Campaigns: Each month, participating military battalions spearhead dedicated fundraising drives for their specific unit welfare funds.
Matching Fund Impact: The Shivat Zion Foundation matches every single donation shekel-for-shekel (1:1) up to 30,000 NIS per battalion.
Where Does the Funding Go?
All funds raised and matched are managed with full transparency and are allocated toward two primary pillars, based on each battalion’s specific needs:
Direct Family Support: Financial assistance for soldiers’ families navigating the financial and emotional challenges of prolonged deployments.
Resilience & Wellbeing: Morale-boosting events, respite days, and processing workshops designed for the soldiers and the supportive home front.
